Ms. Maggy Chan has been working in wine industry for over 15 years and is an approved WSET wine educator. She has been delivering WSET courses and workshops to various organizations, as well as being frequently invited as a speaker in different wine shows and interviewed by media such as "Cable TV", "Metro Radio", "I-Money" and "Next Magazine". Maggy is specialized in wine assets management. She has profound knowledge especially on French Wines. Maggy and her team go to Bordeaux every year for En Primeur tasting and select those with potential for her clients. In 2009, she published her first book "Alternative Investment" acquiring high appreciation and it gives readers an insight into wine investment.

 

Ms. Ella Wong is the Wine Educator of McCaine Wine Education. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Wines & Spirits (AIWS) and holds the WSET Diploma certificate, gained one of the most elite wine qualification in the world. Ella's passion of wine has started since her University study in United Kingdom. She then visited many famous wine regions in Europe, such as Italy, Germany and France (Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, Alsace and Rhone Valley) and involved in their respective wine growing and making processes. Due to the extensive experience gained in the overseas wineries and vineyards, Ella has developed her own "Terroir" of wine tasting palate and skills.

 

Ms. Anne Silin M.A. is the English language Wine Educator of McCaine Wine Education (McWe). She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Wines & Spirits (AIWS) and holds the WSET Diploma (level 4) certificate. Her passion for wine and food led her to New York University (NYU) where she received a Master's Degree in Food Studies. During her time in New York she worked for the famous Murray's Cheese, and is a Cheese Educator and since, she gained 10 years experience in pairing various wine and cheese.
 

Mr. Andrew Dawson is the English language Wine Educator of McCaine Wine Education (McWe). He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Wines & Spirits (AIWS) and holds the WSET Diploma (level 4) certificate. Andrew's initial interest for wine was fostered through many years working in the hospitality industry.  He has a passion for visiting vineyards and wineries, especially in his native Australia where he has visited all of the major wine producing regions.  While Andrew is always keen to promote the wines of his home state of Victoria, he finds great joy in exploring new varietals and regions.

 

Ms. Eva Wu has been working in the airline industry for 12 years as a senior cabin crew that gives her the opportunity to explore the wide selections of the wines and spirits serving onboard. She keeps developing wine tasting skills by attending seasonal wine selection workshops provided by her airline company, gaining the most up-to-date information on the global trend of wine. At work, she often exchanges her wine knowledge especially with first and business class passengers, on how different wines can be matched with the food serving onboard. She takes advantage of travelling with her job by visiting different wineries and distilleries worldwide to obtain more about the wine and spirit making techniques. She holds the WSET Advanced Level (Level 3) certificate.
